Points for Attention

1. This product has a 4800mAh battery. Full charging takes approximately 5 hours, subject to actual conditions.
2. If the device does not charge properly, please check whether the cable is functioning, the connection is secure, and the charger is compatible. It is recommended to use a certified power adapter from a reputable brand.
3. Battery efficiency varies depending on the environment, so actual usable capacity may differ from the nominal power source.
4. For first-time use, fully charge the product. To extend battery lifespan, fully recharge the battery at least once every 3–6 months. If unused for a while, recharge it before use.
5. Ensure the charging indicator light is on during charging to confirm proper function.
6. When charging this product or using it to charge other devices, please select a compatible charging cable accordingly.
7. After charging is complete, disconnect the cable promptly to avoid unnecessary wear and tear.
8. Most power banks are compatible with common smartphones. However, some models may not be supported. In such cases, this is not covered under the replacement warranty.
9. If using a power bank to charge the device, connect the product cable first before plugging the power bank into the power source to avoid short-circuiting.

Return and Exchange Policy

30-Day Change-of-Mind Return:
From the date of delivery, customers may request a return within 30 days for any reason, provided the item remains unused and does not affect resale.

After-sales Service – 6-Month Warranty:
Within 6 months from confirmed delivery, if any quality issues (non-human damage) arise—excluding issues caused by dropping, excessive force, water/sand exposure, scratching, damage or loss of dust cover, or pet biting—Pawlux will provide free after-sales repair service.

2. If a quality issue arises within 6 months of purchase, please keep the purchase receipt and contact official customer service or a designated service center to arrange repair.
3. Returns are not accepted for damage caused by personal misuse, such as dropping, forceful use, water/sand ingress, damage by pets, or dust cover loss.
